thank you very much, I'm glad you liked them and that you find them inspiring.

But for the coloring tutorial wanted, I've come up with two for the coloring effects you've mentioned in the last post. I hope you'll find them useful and can work with them, I've used Photoshop for it, but the basics should work with any other program as well.

You're welcome. It was the first icon tutorial I've done.
I love playing with the different layer fill methods for the coloring layers and it really use it quite often. And I think it should work the same in gimp since it does have the layers as well. Have fun trying it out, and if you have some more questions, just ask away. I'll be glad to help

One day I will ask for tutorials for some of your wallpapers, but right now it seems to advanced for me. I still need to learn and practice.
