hoping my f-list can help me out with this...
I've had an idea for a snippet and I'm playing with it for a while now but I need a bit help since a) I can't find my folder and b) those quotes were in German anyways. So I'm hoping my f-list can help me out with this.

I'm looking for catch phrases from TV shows, something like "I love it when a plan comes together" or "Make it so".

I want to use them in a snippet experiment so I'm hoping I'll get a lof of them and a lot of different ones, I'll take movie catch phrases as well. Just tell me where it's from as well.
I'm hoping you can help me with this. Thanks.

Hmmm...let me think about it. How far back in time do you want to go? For example, the first one that comes to mind is:

"Well excuuuuuuuuuuse me!" from Good Times.

I don't mind going far back in time as long as I get a few good quotes out of it. I know a lot of TV shows but only in german dubbing and only if they actually aired in Germany (which I know a lot of didn't). So thank you for the first one already.

First off, let me say that I found your secret stash of Enterprise icons, and I ran off with some of them. *rubs hands together*

Here's what I've thought of so far:

"Dynomite!" - Good Times

"Oh, Mr. Grant." - Mary Tyler Moore Show

"There is no spoon." - The Matrix

"Lets be careful out there." - Hill Street Blues

"Norm!" - Cheers

That's it. Brain empty for now. Brain also slightly depressed at how much time it wastes watching TV.

hehe, glad you like them. That Phlox icon is one of my faves :D
